Accounting Associate, (Fully Remote), $50K


Our client, a creative media agency is expanding their accounting operation to support company growth. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing firm that offers a uniquely creative and collaborative culture along with unlimited growth potential.


This virtual or in-office role (you choose) supports the executive team  with day-to-day accounting duties and interfaces with the company’s external accounting firm. Oversee the corporate credit card and expense reporting program, prepare invoices, monitor cash flow with an eye on Payables and Receivables, track the budgeting process for production projects and create reports for senior management.


The ideal candidate has one year of accounting experience, a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, initiative and an ease with numbers. Experience with QuickBooks (or any other automated bookkeeping system) and MS Excel is required. Experience with Expensify or another expense management system is a plus.

Executive Assistant, Tysons, Virginia, $75K-$80K

Dynamic business support for two busy Partners in a fast-growing firm with an award-winning culture. Ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of administrative experience in a professional services firm. Heavy calendaring on Outlook, reporting on Salesforce and MS Office Suite is required to be effective.  Thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, ever-changing environment where shifting priorities are the norm and challenges are met with creativity and excellence. 


Recruiting Coordinator (Contract to Hire), Northern Virginia $24/hour

Unique opportunity to learn recruiting from one of the area’s largest employers in the “apprenticeship” role. Candidates must have natural strengths in organization, communication, follow-through, and detail-orientation. Initial job centers around the candidate experience, scheduling interviews, initiating background checks and drug screens, generating offer letters, onboarding support and ad hoc projects as needed. Requirements include MS Office proficiency (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint), solid professional references, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment. Successful Recruiting Coordinators will be trained/mentored in best practices for sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates with the goal of moving into a full lifecycle recruiting role within 6-12 months.
