Cultivate strong partnerships with internal stakeholders, communicating frequently and providing subject matter expertise on the job market and recruiting landscape. 

Ideal candidate will have 7-10 years experience recruiting in professional services/Training/IT environment and a passion for recruiting. Position can work in the Reston office or be fully virtual.

Executive Coordinator
McLean (hybrid)  |   $80-90K

Newly-created role with well-known, global brand that rewards initiative, collaboration and professionalism. Work in beautiful corporate office 2-3 days/week and otherwise remotely. This is a fast-paced position to backfill an internal promotion and requires attention to detail and thoughtfulness in the management of multiple executives.  Juggle complex calendaring and respond quickly to invitations, requests and cancellations. Coordinate multi-city travel itineraries including flights, hotel accommodations, transfers, dining reservations and everything in between. Process all expenses according to company policy and using Concur. Collaborate with administrative team on special projects.

 

Position is ideal for an experienced administrator with 4+ years of experience supporting busy executives. Proficiency with MS Office, calendaring, and written/verbal communication is a must. Must be willing to  work in the McLean office 2-3 days/week.

 

(FILLED) Executive Assistant to CEO
McLean, VA |   $110K-$120K

Our client, a publicly-traded, mission-driven organization is in search of an Executive Assistant to their beloved CEO. Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar and travel schedule with attention to detail, proactive planning and thoughtfulness. Attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Provide efficient, professional and high-touch support to Board of Directors . Manage board meeting presentations for multiple boards and take pride in being an Ambassador for the CEO internally and externally.  

Collaborate with internal teams including talent acquisition, HR and the executive leadership team and always with the utmost in integrity and discretion.  Receive incoming communication on behalf of senior staff and prioritize accordingly.  Draft and distribute reports to company stakeholders. Serve as a trusted member of the organization’s key administrative decision-making and planning body.

Ideal candidate will have prior C-Suite experience, ideally with Board support. Must be highly-proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Must have solid examples of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, verbal/written communication skills and ability to meet deadlines. Must be able to travel on occasion. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

 

(FILLED) Administrative Assistant

Fast-growing and hugely successful company with work hard/play hard culture seeks trustworthy and efficient assistant for their CEO/Founder. Tackle administrative tasks including event support, expense processing, research, calendar management, travel coordination, to-do lists, meeting logistics, and personal assistance. Provide daily updates on the following day’s schedule and completed tasks.  Produce information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics. Serve as primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO’s office. 

Ideal candidate has impeccable references (character and professor) that confirm natural strengths in organization, communication and professionalism. Strong written/communication skills including proper English usage, spelling, grammar and punctuation required. Proficiency in MS Office and standard office equipment required along with proven ability to work independently, exercise good judgement and maintain strong organization and follow-through. Office/Administration Manager
Washington, DC|   $70K-$80K

Our client, grown out of a well-respected nonprofit, that aims to address historic preservation, sustainability and affordable housing has a jack-of-all trades role in their D.C. office. Oversee/manage all office-related vendors and systems, perform HR-related functions (benefits admin, recruiting coordination, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS), acts as a liaison with the outsourced IT provider and assists with office events. 

This role will be largely on-site (4 days/week) once the office reopens. Assist with reopening of office and Covid compliance policies. Provide general office management including office security access, conference room equipment maintenance and ordering of kitchen and office supplies.

Requires 2+ years of relevant office admin/management experience with proficiency in MS Office programs. SharePoint and Salesforce experience is a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
