The incumbent would play a key role in overseeing public relations, maintaining the brand voice, orchestrating all internal and external communications, and fostering employee engagement. Additional responsibilities include responding to public inquiries, suggesting new initiatives and ideas, maintaining positive branding, writing, distributing press releases, and coordinating internal projects such as campaigns and social events.  


The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial, creative, and fast-paced environment that rewards initiative, accountability, and collaboration. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, some professional writing experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills. This largely in-office position (4 days in the office; 1 day remote) tackles calendar planning, travel arrangements (domestic and international), expense reports, office management, and board meeting coordination. Other responsibilities include managing special projects and events such as the annual investor meeting, team off-sites, and CEO gatherings. Take over as administrator of social media accounts.

Executive Assistant

Our client, a growing startup that works with elite athletes, business executives and industry experts is promoting their Executive Assistant and creating this new role.

This fulfilling Administrative Assistant position will support the Chief of Staff in all activities including managing a busy and ever-changing calendar, providing strategic planning support to the CEO, coordinating meeting and event logistics, updating CRM, overseeing travel logistics and providing general office/vendor management. The ideal candidate is curious (asks thoughtful questions), detailed (triple checks everything before sending out), succinct (be prepared for meetings with CEO so as to maximize his time), warm, discreet and takes pride in delivering high quality work and being a best-in-class administrator. 2+ years of administrative/calendaring experience and proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and OneDrive) is required.
