Executive Assistant (HR)

Our client, a fast-growing investment firm is in search of a high-performing Executive Assistant who has experience in and passion for human resources or recruiting. This matrixed role will manage the busy, and ever-changing calendar for a Partner/Head of Talent, inbox management, travel arrangements, internal and external communication, recruiting coordination, open enrollment, performance management, and special projects/process management as they relate to the HR and recruiting function. 

Attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Create inbox folders to prioritize emails, meeting requests.  Research/develop HRIS system and offer reporting to unleash insights on HR-related data. Oversee onboarding process and offer compensation/peer benchmarking support.

Ideal candidate will have experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting, comfort with shifting priorities, commitment to process improvement, experience with HRIS or ATS platforms, Proficiency with MS Office, experience working with HR or recruiting, attention to detail and professionalism to attend meetings on behalf of executives. Must be an EA first and prioritize executive support over HR projects. However, tremendous growth opportunity exists in building out/managing the HR function

Executive Assistant to Leadership Team
Tysons (hybrid)  |   $90K-$100K

Our client, a publicly-traded, mission-driven organization is in search of an Executive Assistant to their C-Suite. Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar and travel schedule with attention to detail, proactive planning and thoughtfulness. Attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Provide efficient, professional and high-touch support to Board of Directors . Manage board meeting presentations for multiple boards and take pride in being an Ambassador for executives,  internally and externally.  

Collaborate with internal teams including talent acquisition, HR and the executive leadership team and always with the utmost in integrity and discretion.  Receive incoming communication on behalf of senior staff and prioritize accordingly.  Draft and distribute reports to company stakeholders. Serve as a trusted member of the organization’s key administrative decision-making and planning body.

Ideal candidate will have prior C-Suite experience, ideally with Board support. Must be highly-proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word. Must have solid examples of strong organizational skills, attention to detail, time management, verbal/written communication skills and ability to meet deadlines. Must be able to travel on occasion. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.

McLean, VA (virtual, in-person or hybrid) |   $80K-$90K + bonus

Our client is a highly regarded management consulting firm with offices in DC, New York, San Fran, and LA.  They are looking for an experienced Recruiter to operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This dynamic recruiting team earned the 2021 corporate award for the most impact delivered within the organization. You will be responsible for driving their full lifecycle recruiting, working directly with hiring managers from interview to offer. This can be a fully remote position!

Recruiters who specialize in the following areas are encouraged to apply:

Executive Coordinator

This is a fast-paced position to backfill an internal promotion and requires attention to detail and thoughtfulness in the management of multiple executives.  Juggle complex calendaring and respond quickly to invitations, requests and cancellations. Coordinate multi-city travel itineraries including flights, hotel accommodations, transfers, dining reservations and everything in between. Process all expenses according to company policy and using Concur. Collaborate with administrative team on special projects.

 

Position is ideal for an experienced administrator with 4+ years of experience supporting busy executives. Proficiency with MS Office, calendaring, and written/verbal communication is a must. Must be willing to  work in the McLean office 2-3 days/week.
