It’s official, springtime is here! With the onset of warmer weather and longer days, you’ll probably be shedding those heavy jackets for something a little more comfortable. But finding the right outfit for your workplace fashion can be challenging! Whether it’s dressing for an interview or ditching an old look, spring time beckons the opportunity to try on something new. It’s important to upkeep appearance, but how can you add flare to your corporate catwalk? Work with a stylist!
At Schechter Reed, we had some fun collaborating in the spirit of workplace fashion!. Lori was introduced to Sarah Walls, a New York City Fashion Designer who moved to D.C. and launched a personal stylist business. The ladies met at Tysons to review some possibilities and I met them afterwards to play Fashion Photographer.
The idea was to create a look that was chic, professional and versatile. We opted for an “LBD”(Little Black Dress) and mixed in colors, textures and overlays to create different vibes for the work week.
Within a few hours, the three of us collaborated to deliver this this Springtime “Look Book”. Let us know if anything inspires you here or if you might enjoy a collaboration session of your own with the talented Sarah Walls.
