Executive Assistant
Tysons, VA  (Hybrid) $80-$90K + bonus

Our client, a fast-growing, employee-centered consulting firm, is seeking an experienced executive assistant to support three busy practice leaders/ partners. The EA will manage complex calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, serve as a liaison between executives and their teams, manage time and expense reports, help execute client proposals and agreements, and assist with other roles as needed. 

Ideal candidate will have 5+ years of executive assistant experience supporting top-level leadership. A successful executive assistant will have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. High proficiency in MS applications is also required for this position.

Executive Assistant
Arlington, VA  (Hybrid) $80-$100K

Our client, an exciting and well-known entrepreneur, who operates in high-profile sports, philanthropy, and investing is adding to their high-performing administrative team. This unique opportunity to work closely with such a successful business leader has been described as “a working MBA”. Plan and attend investor meetings; help with exciting projects for their portfolio companies; coordinate large and small events, anticipating needs and building contingency plans; manage daily office operations; coordinate complex and ever-changing travel itineraries; execute wire transfers; process expense reports and communicate internally and externally in writing. As with all job descriptions, embrace “other duties as assigned” including errands and concierge activities to support the CEO, special events and VIP clients.

 

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of administrative experience as well as a completed bachelor’s degree. Candidates should also have a proven ability to think critically and problem-solve, be naturally organized and detailed (even still, you triple-check everything!),able to thrive in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, and have strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs is also required.

Executive Assistant

Our client, a multi-faceted business that intersects professional services, private equity and sports/entertainment is seeking a “business partner” EA to their dynamic CEO. The incumbent is heavily relied upon for complex calendar management, detailed travel arrangements, expense processing, presentation support and high-level communication on behalf of the CEO. 10% Personal Assistant work required in coordination with CEO’s family and personal travel. Coordinate philanthropic activities and Board activities and support client projects with high visibility. This is a challenging position where every day is different, and tasks are completed with a high degree of efficiency, professionalism, and discretion.

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 5 years of experience as an EA to the C-suite. Exceptional verbal and written skills, impeccable references and the demonstrated ability to execute on tasks, prioritize and think critically is required to succeed in the role.

 

Executive Assistant

Our client, a fast-growing investment firm is in search of a passionate Executive Assistant who thrives in a collaborative and high-performing environment (Think Wall Street or Silicon Valley). This multi-faceted role will tackle the busy, and ever-changing calendars for an east coast investment team,  inbox management, travel arrangements, internal and external communication, expense reporting,  interview coordination, and special projects/process management as they relate to the investment deals. Attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Create inbox folders to prioritize emails, and meeting requests.  Work internally to coordinate internal and external events.

This person will be responsible for providing account information to clients and advisors, ensuring proper account opening procedures and documentation, and providing exceptional customer service.
 
Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, ideally in a business field. Basic financial industry knowledge is a plus and experience using Microsoft Office and CRM platforms are strongly recommended. Ideal candidates also have relevant client service experience. The incumbent would play a key role in overseeing public relations, maintaining the brand voice, orchestrating all internal and external communications, and fostering employee engagement. Additional responsibilities include responding to public inquiries, suggesting new initiatives and ideas, maintaining positive branding, writing, distributing press releases, and coordinating internal projects such as campaigns and social events.  

 

The ideal candidate thrives in an entrepreneurial, creative, and fast-paced environment that rewards initiative, accountability, and collaboration. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree, some professional writing experience, and strong written and verbal communication skills. Our client, an exciting venture capital firm, is seeking an enthusiastic, proactive, highly skilled communicator with a marketing mindset. The incumbent is responsible for leading written and digital communications efforts, branding, and social media to drive enhanced value to stakeholders and increase visibility in the venture ecosystem. Other responsibilities include coordinating marketing events, assisting with administrative/operations processes, managing the database of stakeholders, writing copy for a quarterly marketing newsletter, and managing all internal communications for the company.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year(s) of experience in communications or a related field, a bachelor’s degree in communications, English or another relevant discipline, and proven effectiveness in the field. Must have experience with MS Office, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and data management platforms.
