Manage a complex and ever-changing calendar and travel schedule with attention to detail, proactive planning and thoughtfulness. Attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Provide efficient, professional and high-touch support to Board of Directors . Manage board meeting presentations for multiple boards and take pride in being an Ambassador for the CEO internally and externally.
Collaborate with internal teams including talent acquisition, HR and the executive leadership team and always with the utmost in integrity and discretion. Receive incoming communication on behalf of senior staff and prioritize accordingly. Draft and distribute reports to company stakeholders. Serve as a trusted member of the organization’s key administrative decision-making and planning body.

Oversee/manage all office-related vendors and systems, perform HR-related functions (benefits admin, recruiting coordination, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS), acts as a liaison with the outsourced IT provider and assists with office events.
This role will be largely on-site (4 days/week) once the office reopens. Assist with reopening of office and Covid compliance policies. Provide general office management including office security access, conference room equipment maintenance and ordering of kitchen and office supplies.
