Executive Assistant

This unique opportunity to work closely with such a successful business leader has been described as “a working MBA”. Plan and attend investor meetings; help with exciting projects for their portfolio companies; coordinate large and small events, anticipating needs and building contingency plans; manage daily office operations; coordinate complex and ever-changing travel itineraries; execute wire transfers; process expense reports and communicate internally and externally in writing. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite programs is also required.


Client Services Specialist
Leesburg, VA (in person) $65K-$75K

Our client, a fast-growing wealth management company, is seeking a client services specialist to join their close-knit team. This role directly supports the president and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to their high-net-worth clients. The incumbent will meticulously manage client accounts, prepare and maintain a variety of files and documents, respond to clients’ questions and administrative needs, draft correspondence, and perform other duties as assigned. This delightful team offers a collaborative environment, brand new office space in downtown Leesburg, and flexibility when life happens.

Financial services industry experience is a plus, but strong customer service and project management skills are a must. Recruiting Coordinator (contract)

Highly-regarded advisory firm seeks an entry-level coordinator with initiative, energy, and natural strengths in client service, organization and detail orientation.  Accompany candidates through hiring process and support multiple Recruiters who are filling roles within their fast-growing organization.

Maintain an organized process for candidates from application to offer/onboarding. Prioritize accordingly, serving as a hub for all candidate and recruiter activity. Build relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience, coordinate interviews, disseminate job requisitions and lend a hand to talent acquisition team as priorities shift. Update information in Applicant Tracking System to ensure data integrity  and compliance. Ideal candidate will have some relevant administrative experience, interest in recruiting as a possible career path, natural strengths in organization, interpersonal communication and detail-orientation. Must be tech savvy. Position has heavy flexibility for remote work after an initial training period in person. But, must be local to corporate office in Tysons. Bachelor’s degree preferred.


Operations/HR Manager

Our client, a highly-regarded wealth management firm, is seeking an experienced operations/HR manager to oversee their client service team and work closely with executive leadership. Responsibilities include managing the onboarding/training process for all new team members, conducting employee reviews, leading the hiring process for the firm, overseeing client experience, managing vendor relations and building management, maintaining HR files, and overseeing special projects as needed. 

Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, as well as 5+ years of relevant HR,  direct management and operations experience. Key skills for this position include strong written and verbal communication, proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, superior interpersonal, organizational, and client service skills, and the ability to manage time effectively and work in fast-paced environments.


People & Culture Manager (part-time)
Bethesda, MD  (hybrid)|   $80-$100K

Our client, a trailblazing developer and jobs creator, is seeking an ambitious, well-rounded HR professional who is passionate about company culture & employee engagement for approximately 30 hours/week (benefits-eligible). This newly-created role will be responsible for managing all human resource functions including employee relations, benefits administration, recruitment, liaising with external recruiters to fill open positions, onboarding/offboarding, HRIS system management, and other HR-related projects. 

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree as well as 4+ years of HR experience in an entrepreneurial company. Top candidates will be highly motivated, well-organized problem solvers who are able to think strategically and execute tactically.  A keen eye for detail, a commitment to quality and consistency, and excellent communication skills are paramount. SHRM-CP/PHR certification is preferred, but not required, as well as a familiarity with an HRIS.

The incumbent is heavily relied upon for complex calendar management, detailed travel arrangements, expense processing, presentation support and high-level communication on behalf of the CEO. 10% Personal Assistant work required in coordination with CEO’s family and personal travel. Coordinate philanthropic activities and Board activities and support client projects with high visibility. This is a challenging position where every day is different, and tasks are completed with a high degree of efficiency, professionalism, and discretion.

Ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree, and at least 5 years of experience as an EA to the C-suite. Exceptional verbal and written skills, impeccable references and the demonstrated ability to execute on tasks, prioritize and think critically is required to succeed in the role.


Executive Assistant

Our client, a fast-growing investment firm is in search of a passionate Executive Assistant who thrives in a collaborative and high-performing environment (Think Wall Street or Silicon Valley). This multi-faceted role will tackle the busy, and ever-changing calendars for an east coast investment team,  inbox management, travel arrangements, internal and external communication, expense reporting,  interview coordination, and special projects/process management as they relate to the investment deals. Attend meetings on behalf of executives, taking notes and recording minutes. Create inbox folders to prioritize emails, and meeting requests.  Work internally to coordinate internal and external events.
