1. Discovery Call

We learn more about your company history, culture, team, hiring manager and your expectations for the most qualified candidate.

2. Source and Qualify Candidates

We leverage our database of over 6000 highly-qualified candidates as well as source passive candidates from LinkedIn and other professional networks.

3. Present Opportunity

We meet with candidates that meet or exceed the criteria and pitch the opportunity to gauge interest.

4. Present Candidates

We present our top three candidates, along with brief biographies and resumes to discuss their suitability.

5. Coordinate Interviews

We schedule interviews with your team, prepare the candidates and then debrief with you and the candidate to uncover any misalignment of expectations, suitability for the role and other topics.

6. Follow-Up Interviews

We schedule interviews with your team, prepare the candidates and then debrief with you and the candidate to uncover any misalignment of expectations, suitability for the role and other topics.

7. Check References

We call previous employers, contacts shared by the employee and then share summarized findings with you.

8. Negotiate Offer

We extend your verbal offer, address changes and requests with you until agreement is reached.

9. Finalize Offer

We extend the written offer to the candidate on your behalf, return a signed offer letter.

10. Check-Ins

We check-in with you and the candidate during the first 90-days and relay feedback to ensure optimal fit.
