Newly-created Strategic Vice President of HR for a fast-growing and dynamic biotechnology company. This strategic- minded, but hands-on leader will provide ongoing consultative guidance and support to 120+ employees and the HR team. Work with leadership to define and lead the company’s human capital objectives and initiatives to enhance the company’s HR structure. The VP of HR will provide training and mentorship and will hire and promote a culture that encourages passion, creativity, commitment, impact, curiosity, candor and sound judgement. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s in HR a plus. Must have HR Certifications. 7+ years of comprehensive HR experience. 2+ years of building, refining and/or managing an HR infrastructure within a growing company.
