Schechter Reed keeps the recruiting machine in a constant state of motion. While we receive many of our candidates and jobs through referrals, we are constantly mining for both. Our goal is to establish relationships with qualified candidates before they begin actively job searching. Similarly, we are proactive in identifying clients who may have key administrative and HR hires-those with changes in leadership, venture-capital funding, corporate offices based elsewhere, newly-awarded contracts and lean internal recruiting resources.
