Executive Assistant (Communications)
Tysons, VA | $85K-$95K + bonus
Our client, a socially conscious, global firm has promoted from within again and needs a business savvy administrator to support two extraordinary communications executives. Work closely internally and externally to support key communications initiatives and engagement, demonstrating strong attention to detail, discretion, initiative and curiosity.
A typical week will include:
- Heavy global travel coordination
- Event coordination for with top company stakeholders on and offsite
- Prioritizing and making decisions on behalf of busy executives
- Organizing internal meetings including room reservations, catering, materials preparation
- Creating Board support materials and following up on action items
- Updating PowerPoint presentations for internal and external audiences
- The need to be highly detail-oriented, to multi-task and prioritize
- Coordinating visas, passport and other international travel requirements
- Processing expenses on Concur and getting approvals as needed
- Exposure to new technology and a need for aptitude with new software and systems
